Egginton Steel, Fine Cut Round, 12" Blue Bull Handle

The Egginton Bulls Head 12 Inch (30cm) Round Sharpening Steel features a fine cut grit, designed to maintain a sharp edge of most professional knives.

The distinctive Bulls Head moulded handle is sterilisable, made from non-absorbent polypropylene.

It features a 1.75 inch hexagonal guard and stainless steel hanging ring.

The steel is made from a high carbon chrome vanadium steel, hardened to 64° Rockwell C and hard chrome plated.
