This oil-filled combination bench stone has one fine side and one coarse side abrasive. They are designed for fast cutting, making them ideal for initial coarse sharpening. They are pre-oiled, so all you need to do is add a small amount fine oil before using. These stones cut quickly, the fine side gives your knives or tools a clean, sharp edge. We recommend cleaning the stone occasionally with kerosene.
