Returns


We accept returns within 30 days of purchase date. Please ensure the goods that are being returned are un-used and in their complete original packaging. A 15% restocking fee may apply if items are not returned in their original condition. Please include a copy of your invoice with your return.
Opened and used items will not be accepted back unless genuinely faulty.
Due to the current business climate we will not be accepting any returns due to change of mind. Warranty Issues will be processed as normal.
In the instance of returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied item, your return is 100% free! Highgate will arrange collection from wherever you receive your normal deliveries.
Easy Return Process

- Once you've submitted your return request form, you will receive further instructions on how to return your items to us.
- Your return will be finalised once it has arrived and been inspected at our warehouse. Please allow 7 days of receipt of your items for your return to be fully processed and finalised.
