If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a replacement, refund or account credit.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase date. Please ensure the goods that are being returned are un-used and in their complete original packaging. A 15% restocking fee may apply if items are not returned in their original condition. Please include a copy of your invoice with your return.
Opened and used items will not be accepted back unless genuinely faulty.
If you have changed your mind about a purchase or have ordered the incorrect items, you will need to cover any return freight costs. In the instance of returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied item, your return is 100% free! Highgate will arrange collection from wherever you receive your normal deliveries.

- Your return will be finalised once it has arrived and been inspected at our warehouse. Please allow 7 days of receipt of your items for your return to be fully processed and finalised.
