The 6" Inch (15cm) Dexter SANI-SAFE® straight boning knife features a narrow flexible blade making it ideal for intricate meat deboning.  

Made in the USA, Dexter has been making knives for over 200 years! The Dexter S-115F-6MO knife is made from a specially designed steel,  exclusive to Dexter. The steel is a mix of high-carbon stainless steel and high-alloy steel. This special blend of elements enhances sharpness, edge holding capabiltiies, corrosion resistance and offers easy re-sharpening. 

SANI-SAFE® knives feature a textured, slip-resistant and easy-to-clean polypropylene handle that is sealed around the blade to stop bacteria forming. Made from 100% recycled plastic.
