The F.Dick Hygienic 12" Inch (30cm) is crafted with a one piece plastic handle to eliminate residue and bacteria build-up. The F.Dick hygienic range is ideal for corrosive environments such as seafood and poultry processing. The sapphire cut offers very low abrasion, ideal for polishing and straightening the cutting edge when only slightly worn. 

The oval rod shape offers more surface area and therefore less passes are required. This makes for quick and easy sharpening and is an excellent choice for beginners. Also available in the round shape.
