This Giesser 25cm Slicing Knife features an ergonomically designed narrow, curved blade that reduces strain on the wrist. The fluted blade creates an air cushion between the blade and the meat, making it easier to slice with - the blade slides through each cut with less friction. This enables fatigue-free work and protects the cutting edge of the blade. The handle is made from a non-slip & easy-to-grip TPE and features a protective finger guard for enhanced safety.
