Clam knives feature two different edges and a rounded tip, as opposed to oyster knives, which are sharp on all edges. Clam knife blades feature one dull edge and one sharper edge (about as sharp as a butter knife). The dull edge ensures you can push the knife through the clam without injuring your hand. The Sani-Safe handle is textured, slip-resistant and easy to clean and is made from robust polypropylene which withstands both high and low temperatures.
