This Dexter Oyster Knife features a White Boston Patterned handle with a 10cm (4") blade.The blade of the oyster knife is bevelled yet dull, so the delicate muscle of the oyster will not become damaged when shucking. At the blade’s end, the rounded tip is curved slightly upward which helps to unhinge the oyster and slice through its muscle. The Sani-Safe handle is textured, slip-resistant and easy to clean and is made from robust polypropylene which withstands both high and low temperatures.
